Two years ago the Assises des Déchets chose to conquer the vast world of web 2.0. On the eve of its 14th edition – which already promises to be rich in debates, exchanges, and workshops – the unavoidable event for stakeholders of the waste sector brings together and continues to grow its presence on social networks among its 2,400 subscribers.
The Assises des Déchets has always wanted to create exchange and meetings. It was therefore natural that it would invest in social networks in order to continue the debate from each edition online. This has been the case for the past two years with Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google+ accounts. Today these four bring together close to 2,400 subscribers who follow the content shared by Assises des Déchets everyday. #recycling, #ecocircular, #value. The discussion subjects are numerous. From regulatory monitoring to business news, via innovation, this presence 2.0 is finally in line with the event: in direct contact with the news of the sector and its long term challenges.
As in 2015, the animation of the2.0 community will culminate during the next edition, on the 27th and 28th of September 2017, with live tweeting to give those who can’t make it an overview of the debates.
